When will my order be delivered?
We deliver orders on a weekly basis and you will be given your delivery date prior to confirming your order.
What if I'm not home for my delivery?
Rest assured, we carefully pack your order inside an insulated box, complete with ice packs to keep everything fresh. Your order should stay in great condition for a few hours until you arrive home.
How should I expect my order to arrive?
All of our meats are delivered frozen and packed safely inside an insulated box. All packing materials are sustainable.
Is there a Home Delivery order minimum?
There is a flat fee of $35 for home delivery orders. However, you'll enjoy free shipping on orders over $175. Please note, there's a minimum order requirement of $150. This helps us ensure that we can safely fill the box so all your products arrive frozen.
Where Does Faith Hill Farms Deliver?
We currently offer home delivery to all of Ohio, Indiana & Kentucky.
Who Will Deliver My Order?
Your order will be delivered via UPS.
When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
Your card will be charged at the time that your order is packed for delivery. You many notice a slightly lower or higher final order total compared to your estimated total as some adjustments may be necessary for any items priced by the pound.
